The unified profile: how it's built

Data Cloud ingests from CRM, web, mobile, e-commerce and data warehouses (with zero-copy toward Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks: the data federates, it doesn't get copied), harmonizes on the standard model, resolves identities (deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution) and computes insights (calculated insights, real-time segments). The profile feeds every Salesforce cloud, Agentforce and the external activations (ads, personalization).
