Employee Central is the master: positions, job structure, workflows and country versions with time off and payroll integration. Around it: Recruiting and Onboarding, Performance & Goals with calibration sessions, Learning with tracked compliance training, Compensation with pay cycles. Integration goes through Integration Center and OData APIs; replication to local payrolls is built with consolidated templates.
