Joule works through skills declared on the SAP apps (navigational, transactional, informational) and — with agents — orchestrates multi-step tasks: it reads context from the system, proposes the action, executes it within the user's roles. Grounding happens on company data and documents via the generative AI hub on BTP, where you choose the models (partner or SAP), measure consumption in AI units and apply content filters.
