Salesforce's infrastructure on the public cloud: data residency in the EU, scalability and compliance — the CRM's foundations.
Hyperforce is Salesforce's re-architecture on the public cloud: the org no longer lives in proprietary data centers but on scalable infrastructure with chosen data residency — Europe included. For companies it means being able to answer 'where is our customers' data?' with a geography, not with a hope.

The move to Hyperforce is planned: IPs, integrations and connectivity verified before the window.
Shield and Bring Your Own Key: encryption with the keys under your control.
Residency, certifications and DPA: the dossier for the DPO and the audits, ready.
Private Connect toward your systems: the CRM off the internet where needed.
Hyperforce is Salesforce's re-architecture on the public clouds (AWS in Europe): data residency is chosen per region (including the EU Operating Zone, with operations and support from the EU perimeter), encryption is everywhere (in transit and at rest, with BYOK via Shield), scale follows the public infrastructure and compliance inherits the region's certifications. The migration from first-party is orchestrated by Salesforce with agreed windows.
Finance and healthcare with residency constraints.
