01 · What it is

Veeam ONE, made clear.

Veeam ONE watches the watchman: it monitors the backup infrastructure (and the virtual one underneath), computes the protection SLAs (which machines do NOT have a valid copy?), forecasts the repositories' saturation and flags the suspicious behaviors — like the jobs suddenly growing, the classic symptom of encryption in progress.

Protection reports

The gap between 'estate' and 'protected' highlighted every morning: the new machine doesn't slip away.

Alerts in our NOC

The ONE alarms inside Yocto Vision: the failed job is a ticket, not a lost email.

Capacity trends

Repositories and windows observed over time: the purchases planned with charts.

Evidence for the audit

Protection SLAs and verifications documented: NIS2 and insurers served.

03 · In depth

Monitoring and reporting of the backup infrastructure

Veeam ONE observes backup and virtualization: the predefined alarms (300+) flag failed jobs, breached RPOs, repositories running out and anomalies (the suspicious activity like massive encryption fires the ransomware alarm), the reports certify the protection (who's covered, who's not, at what RPO) and the capacity planning forecasts when the storage runs out; the Intelligent Diagnostics reads the VBR logs and suggests the known fixes.

  • Alarm RPO — the protection SLA watched: the breach is seen right away
  • Ransomware indicators — anomalous data and CPU changes: the symptom before the disaster
  • Protected workloads — the report the auditors ask for: who's covered, who's exposed
  • Capacity planning — when the repository runs out: the purchase planned
  • Intelligent Diagnostics — the logs read by the engine: the known fix suggested
  • Chargeback — the cost of the protection per business unit

05 · Use cases

Where it really pays off.

Backup governance

The data platform with the numbers in hand.

Compliance

The proofs of protection, generated by themselves.

Early warning

The encryption anomaly seen from the copies' side.

The unwatched backup fails in silence: ONE watches it, we watch ONE.
