01 · What it is

GROW with SAP, made clear.

GROW with SAP is multi-tenant S/4HANA as SaaS: continuous releases managed by SAP, preconfigured best practices and fast time-to-value. The deal is clear: you adopt the standard — deep customizations are not at home here.

Public or private: a matter of processes

An honest fit-to-standard

If your processes are differentiating, pure SaaS flattens them: assessing this before avoids pain after.

Ideal for subsidiaries

The group subsidiary on GROW, headquarters on private: the two-tier that works.

Integration anyway

Even SaaS talks to the rest (logistics, MES, banks): APIs are still a project.

Data and migration

History doesn't come along for free: a migration and archiving strategy must be defined.

03 · In depth

Public edition: what's standard is fast

GROW rests on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition: multi-tenant, two mandatory releases per year, best-practice processes activated via SAP Activate and configured with Central Business Configuration. Extensions follow the key-user (in-app) or developer (BTP, side-by-side) model: classic custom ABAP code doesn't exist — ABAP Cloud with released APIs does. That's why fit-to-standard is not a phase: it's THE decision.

  • 2 releases/year — mandatory, with three announced upgrade weekends: regression testing gets industrialized
  • SAP Activate — the methodology with pre-configured process scope items: you activate, you don't build
  • CBC — Central Business Configuration: guided process configuration
  • ABAP Cloud — only released, cloud-ready APIs: custom lives on BTP, not in the core
  • Country version — 50+ official localizations included (Italy too): e-invoicing as standard
  • Joule included — the AI copilot native to the public edition, no extra projects
04 · Numbers and lifecycle

The numbers that matter.

The public cloud ERP rewards those who arrive prepared: we run an honest fit-gap before signing and manage the two yearly releases as a process, not an emergency.
05 · Use cases

Where it really pays off.

Growing SMEs

Enterprise ERP without infrastructure or a Basis team.

New group companies

Starting in weeks with standard processes.

Carve-outs

The spun-off company operational quickly, without IT baggage.

GROW is perfect when the standard is enough: we help you figure out if that's your case — and to integrate it with the rest.
